AD Facilities in Sensitive Areas

Jim R. Miller, SE spoke in the Organics Management track session during the WasteExpo 2022 conference. His presentation focused on two anaerobic digester facilities: the CR&R Perris Bioenergy Facility and the EDCO Escondido Waste Resources Facility. Each facility was developed on sites that adjoin or are near properties with sensitive receptors, and the presentation will explain how each facility was designed to fit into its respective surroundings, satisfy planning and zoning requirements, and be a good neighbor.
