Central Los Angeles Recycling & Transfer Station

JRMA has been a proud partner of the Los Angeles Bureau of Sanitation since 1989 when we designed the original City of Los Angeles Recycling & Transfer Station, or CLARTS, facility. Since then, JRMA has provided design for a variety of projects, from a transfer station tipping floor to a tunnel lid and loadout port reconstruction. JRMA works with facility managers and contractors to ensure that operations continue to run smoothly during construction projects, carefully phasing work so that the CLARTS facility is always humming.
