Santa Barbara Inn
Santa Barbara, CAThe renovation of the beautiful, domed Santa Barbara Inn needed to start with an analysis of the current Inn and plans for additions. JRMA provided just that with a structural analysis of the existing building and structural design for renovations and additions. Special attention was given to the roof structure, which includes multiple elevations and a distinctive style. Roof framing reinforcements under roof-top mechanical units provided for safe and efficient operation while maintaining the building’s unique aesthetic.
Other services included structural design for new construction areas, including kitchen and banquet room modifications inside the hotel for Arcanum Architecture, Inc.
